Guinn now says the 1 billion dollar tax increase is not enough. If only Guinn would take a class in economy 101. When you raise taxes and use a chart on current growth for your projections, you are using faulty numbers. Growth and taxes goes hand in hand. Raising taxes slows growth, lowering taxes increases growth.
